As we mentioned before, the EVO gold detector incorporates a 3D imaging system,
which uses a special sensor or probe to scan the layers of the ground, it can also display
the scan data on the Tablet PC screen bundled with the device within the pre-installed
application (app) on the device.
You will see that all the data display in the form of a three-dimensional spatial drawing,
and that will make you able to know the locations, sizes, and depths of all targets buried within the scan area.

– You will get the device ready for direct use, and it will have an internal lithium-ion battery.
-You must charge the device before using it for the first time, and the telescopic unit section
of the product can be adjusted according to the desired length.
-In order to adjust the length of the product, you have to use the loops on the telescopic unit,
and be careful not to open the adjustment rings to the end.
– You will face a huge problem if you open the adjustment rings to the end
because that can break the base unit from each other.
–You have to tighten the control rings after adjusting the length of the product
– It is easy to turn the unit on by pressing the ON / OFF button above
– You have to guide the front part with the buttons toward the user
in landscape mode, before using the device.
Preparation for the scanning process:
You should take good care of some things before conducting a scan using a sensor, including:
– The device should not be located within 50 meters of the measurement place, factors
such as high voltage lines, basic power lines, transmission beams, loudspeakers, magnets
– You have to make all the measurements inside the north-south axis permanently,
so that magnetic wave measurement is not affected.
– It is better to use the compass to determine directions,
and you have to make sure that all searches have to be conducted from north to south or south to north.
– Make sure that the device in a non-vibrating vertical position during ground combing functions.
– Make the height of the device between 10 and 15 cm, and you should not lift and drop the device
during each measurement of the signal.
– You have to make the point of suspicion remain in the middle of the measurement area
–All the measurements must be in the form of relatively larger areas, depending on the size of the area.
– The proposed measurement size should be at least 10 signals (3 meters in length)
and 10 search sequences (3 meters wide)
– You have to leave about 30 cm between the number of hits each signal,
and you should leave about a 30 cm interval between the search sequences.
First, make a wireless connection between the device and the supplied TABLET,
and then click the link icon on the app’s main screen.
Search for the word comb on the screen and press it.
You will find that all the wireless devices appear after the application has performed a search.
Now you have to select the EVO device on the screen.
When you see that the device requested a connection password during the wireless connection,
you can easily type 1234 after making the connection.
You will be able to start the combining process after the Bluetooth connection works,
and then you need to choose the appropriate search option for the job.
Using 3D Search mode:
That mode will help you to create 3D drawings, linked to a specific location.
The ground search feature has automatic and manual combing.
In order to use the ground search feature, you have to make sure that there
is a wireless connection with the device.
You can choose the search feature from the bottom menu, located in the application,
or through the buttons on the device, and you cannot do that except after finishing all the linking process.
You can use the auto-scan feature with the Auto button, and you can use the manual
a land-leveling feature through the MAN button.
Therefore, we will tell you how to use the manual mode:
1 – You will see a small blue light on the buttoned crew, and that will only happen
when you press the MAN button on the main unit of the device,
or the manual search icon in the application.
Now you will see a window, which appears in the app to make your pre-search settings.
2 – From the window that appears, you must enter data for the number of measurements
which has to be taken forward (number of signal hits) and the number of measurement
sequences to the right or left (search sequence), depending on the size of the search field.
You must select the search object in a curvy or parallel way.
3 – Enter the number of signal measurements you will take for each sequence of signal hits.
You can increase the number using a plus (+) icon, or shrink it with a minus icon (-.)
There should be 30 cm between each sign, for example, if a 10-point signal selected,
a 10-point search line formed between each 30 cm of a search line or scan of 300 cm or 3 meters
and the number of signals hits entered will be applied to each line.
4 – Increase the number of search sequences by using the + plus icon
or reduce it with a minus icon and there should be 30 cm between each sequence.
If you select 10 sequences, a search line showing 10 search sequences
and each 30 cm sequence, i.e. a total length of 3 meters,

the number of signal hits has ended according to the number entered.
5 – Now, start the scan from the starting point 1 to the ending point 2 as shown in the diagram below.
You can perform the search in a zig-zag or parallel way.

6 – Select Left or Right from the starting point in order to make the start point
of the scan start from the lower right corner or upper left corner.
7 – Press the OK button or the play button located at the front of the device,
and you can not make that until you finish all the pre-search settings, then the data transfer will begin manually.
Press the button to turn the signal on the front of the device in order to start the signal strikes in manual steps.
The sound of each signal or each square in the drawing is equal to the number of one signal strike.
It is better to leave about 30 cm between each signal strike, and move on to the next step
8 – Move to the next sequence of the search when the number of signal hits entered in the pre-search settings has ended.
Then you must press the send signal button on the front of all signal counts.
9 – You will notice that the data capture will continue when the power button is on,
and that process sends each signal.
You must end the number of signal hits and search sequences entered in the manual scan.
You will see that when the search sequence terminated in relation to the number of signal hits,
there will be a window, which will appear in the application, indicating that you want to record
the data obtained. In addition, the device will automatically exit the search mode.
You need to press Yes on the screen when the search sequences set,
then the application will request a name to record the data obtained.
10 – You should record the data by entering a name, date, and note in the window that follows,
and you can also open all the data you have recorded, and check it through the application whenever you want.
If you press the Cancel button without recording or after completing the registration process,
the graphics on the screen will remain ready for inspection.
